These terms govern quote requests, purchase orders, operational deliveries, and commercial relations between FUTURE and corporate clients.
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial transactions, quotation requests, and procurement purchase orders issued to FUTURE For General Supply and Services. By browsing our website, submitting an RFQ, or issuing a purchase order, you unconditionally agree to these terms.
A. Quotations provided by FUTURE are valid for the timeframe stated in the proposal (typically 7 to 15 business days depending on market fluctuations and raw material costs), unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
B. Stated prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable Egyptian tax legislation, itemized clearly in proforma invoices.
Commercial agreements become legally binding only upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO) with official company stamp or an executed supply agreement specifying deliverables, technical specs, and milestones.
A. FUTURE is committed to delivering supplies and machinery to the client’s designated site or warehouses in strict accordance with the agreed schedule.
B. The client shall conduct inspection upon arrival and sign delivery notes. Signing delivery notes constitutes formal acceptance of goods as complying with agreed standards.
Payments shall follow the commercial terms outlined in the quotation (advance payment upon PO, progress payments, or balance upon final inspection). Payments must be settled through certified corporate bank transfers or bank checks.
FUTURE warrants that all delivered materials and industrial machinery are 100% genuine, brand-new, and comply with standard Egyptian and international specifications. Certificates of origin and manufacturer warranties are supplied where applicable.
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, port blockages, strikes, or sovereign import restrictions.
All branding, technical specifications, and documents published on futurgs.com belong exclusively to FUTURE. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding pricing structures and tender sheets.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Giza and Cairo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
